Mile Jedinak has been appointed Aston Villa's new loan player development coach as the Australian moves his way up the ranks with the Premier League side. The former Socceroos captain was most recently helping out with Villa's Under-18's team having ended his playing career in Birmingham two years ago. Jedinak's new role will see the Aussie keeping a close eye on the players Villa send out on loan and making sure they progress during their time away from the club.
