Trent Alexander-Arnold has admitted that Liverpool's shocking 7-2 thrashing at the hands of Aston Villa last month was a humbling experience for the Premier League champions. The Reds suffered their first and only defeat of the campaign so far when Villa ran riot at Villa Park, Ollie Watkins' hat-trick and Jack Grealish's bagging a brace. It was the first time the Merseyside club had shipped seven in the top flight and the first time in any competition since 1963.
